The Tri-Cities Family YMCA Coast Guard Run presented by North Ottawa Community Health System.

This is a family event with something for everyone and every activity level! Join us for the chip start / finish, US Track & Field Certified 10K and 5k courses that goes along the beautiful Grand Haven beach, the Tot Trot obstacle course (for ages 3-6) or the 1 Mile Family Fun Run.
