Description of Event: The Tri-Cities Kiwanis Club will be bringing the Kelly-Miller Circus to Harbor Island for the 7th year. Proceeds help fund Kiwanis Children's programs. Many disadvantaged families treated to a real circus with tigers, elephants, camels, trapeze artists and clowns.
