Project Management

The project management division of the Department of Public Works is dedicated to managing projects that seek to preserve and improve the physical assets in the community. This includes projects involving public roads, City-owned underground utilities, streetscape, and facilities. Working closely with the Streets, Utilities, Grounds, and Facilities Divisions and many internal and external partners, we work diligently to identify projects that will help us maintain critical infrastructure and position our community for economic prosperity, as outlined in the City’s Master Plan.
